OLUWAFUNMILAYO IYANDA, a 2000 graduate of law of the University of Ibadan, in Oyo State, Nigeria was enrolled to the Nigerian Bar in 2002.

She joined Hermon as a legal intern during her National Youth Service Corp and was subsequently retained as Counsel. In 2006, Oluwafunmilayo obtained a Masters’ Degree in Legislative Drafting from the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS), Akoka, Lagos State.

She was a member of the legal team behind the complex consolidation of four Nigerian banks leading to the successful emergence of present day Sterling Bank Plc. She was also the pioneer editor of the law newspaper, Nigerian Law Times (NLT), as well as a 2005-2010 member of the Organising Committee of the Odade/LexisNexis Forum, an annual event at the General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association devoted to the development of the Nigerian legal jurisprudence through a lecture delivery fora paneled by local and internationally recognised legal experts.

Her workload entails sector-based legal advisory services, legal documentations drafting and review, due diligence and research.

She is currently the Head of Chambers.
